We were pleasantly surprised by the peacefulness of our stay at Lower Bell, despite being located near a busy road. The interior was surprisingly quiet, allowing us to have a restful night's sleep. Moreover, there were excellent walking opportunities nearby, perfect for nature enthusiasts like us.
Our elderly father found the route from the pub to the accommodation a bit challenging, especially with the lack of proper lighting and clear steps. It would be beneficial if they could add an extra light or paint the edges of the steps for increased safety.
